Crisis Fund Provisions for Special Circumstances When employees suffer financial hardships, Bon Secours offers a crisis fund through the Employee Assistance Program providing up to a $1,000 lifetime maximum. Using a fair and equitable process, the EAP anonymously reviews applicants facing hardship including unexpected job loss, death or illness of a loved one, or personal sickness.
