- Cashing in on leave - The Employee Assistance Program and the Employee Crisis Committee can authorize cashing in leave - converting Paid Time Off (PTO) into cash - if an employee has an emergency. Each year for a brief period, Human Resources also offers the option to cash out PTO for any reason.

- Crisis fund - Our Crisis Fund for employees can be applied for year-round with a $1,000 career maximum. These funds are distributed through the EAP and the Employee Crisis Committee.
