Sally Hernandez Alfred, R.N., M.S.N., F.N.P.-B.C.
Our nurse practitioner, Sally Alfred, attended Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana for her undergraduate degree. She received her Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Columbia University in New York. Ms. Alfred is fully licensed by the State of Virginia Board of Nursing and has received cardiac certification from the American College of Cardiology after completion of course work in 2009 Foundations for Practice Excellence: A Core Curriculum for the Cardiovascular Practitioner. She is also on staff at Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center.

Ravinder S. Kohli, M.D., DM, FACC, FSCAI
Dr. Kohli is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. He received his medical degree in India, trained further in medicine and cardiology in England, and completed his training at the Medical College of Virginia where he also served on the faculty. Dr. Kohli is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, European Society of Cardiology, and The Society of Cardiac Angiography and intervention.

Vikas K. Rathi, M.D., F.A.C.C.
After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Rathi completed an Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology Fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital of Pittsburgh and a Fellowship in Cardiovascular MR Imaging and Spectroscopy at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is certified in cardiovascular MRI, cardiac CT, and advanced cardiac imaging. Dr. Rathi is also board-certified in Internal Medicine, cardiovascular diseases and nuclear cardiology. He is on the editorial board of numerous journals, and serves as the Associates Editor for Society of Cardiovascular MRI.
