Dr. Rose received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Military Institute and received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed his residency at McLeod Family Practice in Florence, South Carolina. Dr. Rose is board certified in family practice.

Onyeije W. Ozurumba, M.D.
Dr. Ozurumba attended the University of Maryland for his undergraduate degree. He received his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. and completed his residency at VCU Riverside Family Medicine Residency in Newport News. Dr. Ozurumba is board certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Risser attended Virginia Commonwealth University for her undergraduate degree. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia - Virginia Commonwealth University and completed her Family Medicine residency at Bon Secours St. Francis Family Medicine Residency Program/Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Risser is board eligible in Family Medicine.

Melissa Clayton attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia, for her undergraduate degree. She received her nurse practitioner degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Ms. Clayton is fully licensed by the State of Virginia Board of Nursing.
